The shipping cost of the order is calculated individually.

Attention! The courier waits at the delivery point no more than 15 minutes. In the absence of the recipient at the address specified by the customer, the courier has the right to deliver the flowers to any person in the specified apartment, neighbors, or office employees. If there are no persons on the spot who can transfer the order to the recipient, the courier returns it to the Floral Studio.

 

After 24 hours have passed since the failed delivery, the payment is made again. If the customer cancels the re-shipment, the amount paid will not be refunded.

 

Attention!!! In case of the extreme traffic situation in Chicago, delivery times may be adjusted

The order process is super easy! You can order on our website and set up all details about delivery or pickup.

We would love to know all your preferences and details about your order.

Text us / call us 224.880.0030 / DM on any social media for placing your order with a florist.

We don't have anything in stock, so please make a pre-order your flower in 1-2 business days. If you would like the same-day delivery/curbside pickup, please order your flowers on the same day before 1 PM, after 1 PM all of the orders will be postponed until the next business day.
